About Erika Dalton
Erika Dalton is an experienced Florida workers’ compensation attorney dedicated to protecting injured workers. She began her career representing insurance companies and employers in work-related injury claims, giving her firsthand insight into the strategies used to minimize medical and wage benefits.
After several years on the defense side, Erika chose to shift her focus to representing injured workers. Today, she uses her insider knowledge to help clients secure the benefits, medical care, and financial support they need for their recovery and future.
